Who am I?

My interest and love for art led me to study history and theory of art at University in Tokyo. The focus of my studies was design and philosophy of the Japanese traditional garden. After I finished my studies, I became interested in traditional art "Urushi." By some quirk of Fate all my love, curiosity and knowledge became combined in my work of making jewelry. Gallery "quirk of Fate" was founded in 2004. I hope you will enjoy my work as much as I enjoyed making it for you.
